GPS for vehicle, GPS for Geocaches, EPIRB (emergency satellite beacon)
Expenses: The one that really depleted funds was fuel cost in Canada.
Campsites and food was minimum. Number of times I had a meal in a
restrurent you could count on one hand.
Hygiene:
1 shower in 5 months, just before catching the plane back to Hawaii.
Clothes: After freezing my backside off in Newfoundland; long sleeve
shirts and trousers throughout the trip.
